Datacenter Structure

Our Datacenter facility is located in the 3rd largest Carrier Hotel on the East Coast. We have taken an entire floor of a facility with other tenants in the building like WilTel (Williams), Level3 Communications, XO Communications, Adelphia, and Cavalier Telephone, each with their own floor. Additional fiber carriers within the building include USLec, MCI/WorldCom, AT&T, Expedius, TelCove, AboveNet along with several others allowing us enormous worldwide reach at speeds of up to 10 Gb at wholesale connectivity pricing per Mb.

The facility is the primary Internet interconnection point for the region and our building was designed from the ground up to be a facility for large-scale carriers and offers many amenities not available in other facilities. This allows us to offer services that other hosting companies do not have available.

Our facility is a Type IV DC facility with at least N+1 redundancy on all components down to the rack level. Our engineering team has also performed two separate Level 5 commissioning tests, the highest available, to simulate and document 10 years of potential critical failures and recovery operations within the facility.
